The A05 Cover Plate Liner is a standard wet-end wearable spare part tailored for XAH series heavy-duty slurry pumps. The A05 marking represents high-chromium alloy material, which is specially developed for high-abrasion mining slurry working conditions.
This cover plate liner adopts integral high-chromium A05 alloy precision casting, with accurate hydraulic profile and positioning dimensions. It is installed on the suction side of the pump cover, forming the front hydraulic chamber of the pump together with the impeller and volute liner.
