This Rubber Frame Plate Liner is a standard wet-end wearable spare part for XAH series heavy-duty slurry pumps. Integral molded rubber frame plate liner with precise hydraulic profile and standard mounting dimensions. It forms the rear flow chamber of the pump together with the impeller and volute liner. The flexible rubber surface effectively buffers particle impact, reduces slurry scouring and eliminates metal-to-metal friction noise. It maintains stable operating clearance and long-term hydraulic efficiency, protecting the pump frame plate from erosion damage.
Suitable for coal washing, mineral processing, fine tailings transportation, sand washing and light chemical slurry conveying. Ideal for working conditions with fine solid particles, low impact and mild corrosion, not applicable for large gravel and heavy impact environments.
