Expeller, also named pressure relief impeller, is fitted at the back of the main impeller. It generates negative pressure during rotation to reduce pressure at the shaft seal area, lower slurry leakage and protect packing or mechanical seal. It is standard fitted for XHH high head slurry pumps.
