This B063 lantern ring is manufactured from 1Cr18Ni9Ti austenitic stainless steel with excellent anti-corrosion performance. 1. Structural DesignHollow annular structure with evenly distributed radial through-holes around the circumference. Installed between upper and lower packing sets inside the stuffing box. The grease injected from the external grease fitting flows evenly through the holes of the lantern ring to fully lubricate the contact surface between packing and shaft sleeve, reduce friction heat and extend the service life of packing and shaft sleeve. It also balances pressure inside the stuffing chamber.
