This B1013 cover plate is made of standard G01 grey cast iron, serving as the rear sealing cover of stuffing box for 1.5/1B-AH slurry pump. Part Number B1013The prefix B represents slurry pumps fitted with B-type bearing assembly; 1013 is the OEM drawing number of cover plate. It is the rear sealing cover component exclusive to the 1.5/1B-AH pump.

2. Structural & Processing Features

Structural DesignRound disc integral structure with reserved bolt holes for fixed assembly on the rear of stuffing box. It seals the rear side of the packing chamber, stops slurry leakage and external dust, and protects the internal packing, shaft sleeve and expeller components from contamination. A central through-hole is reserved for pump shaft penetration.
