This B028 expeller is cast from G01 grey cast iron, specially designed for dynamic sealing of 1.5/1B-AH slurry pump. It rotates with the main impeller to generate centrifugal force and block slurry from entering the stuffing box. Fully interchangeable with OEM parts, widely used in mining, sand washing and power plant slurry conveying pumps.

1. Structural DesignIt is a disc-shaped auxiliary impeller with curved radial blades. Installed between the frame plate liner and stuffing box, it rotates synchronously with the main impeller. High-speed rotation generates centrifugal force to push slurry back into the pump flow channel, preventing abrasive slurry from entering the stuffing box and protecting packing and shaft sleeve from wear. A grease passage is reserved for auxiliary lubrication.

2. Manufacturing ProcessIntegral sand casting forming. All assembly fitting surfaces and inner shaft hole are precisely lathe-machined. It achieves full dimensional interchangeability with original OEM spare parts, allowing direct replacement without altering other pump accessories.

3. Material PerformanceG01 grey cast iron has stable structural rigidity for auxiliary sealing. It does not contact high-speed concentrated particle scouring, so it avoids rapid abrasion unlike A05 high-chromium flow parts.
