B11110NA-A05 High Chrome Volute Wear Spare Part for 1.5/1B-AH Slurry Pump
This B11110NA volute is cast from A05 high chromium white cast iron. Integrated spiral runner ensures smooth slurry flow. It is fully interchangeable with OEM parts for 1.5/1B-AH slurry pump. With superior anti-abrasion property, it is widely used in mining, sand washing and power plant ash slurry conveying.
Part No. B11110NAThe letter B stands for pumps equipped with B-type bearing assembly. 11110 is the OEM drawing number of volute. NA means standard spiral volute matched with closed impeller, fit for both packing seal and expeller dynamic seal.
Material A05A05 refers to high chromium wear-resistant white cast iron with 26% Cr content. It is the standard wear material for mining slurry pumps with high hardness and excellent anti-scouring performance.

Material performanceHard chromium carbide phase is formed inside A05 high chromium alloy matrix. Its wear resistance is much higher than G01 grey cast iron, which can effectively resist long-term erosion of solid particles in slurry.
Quality controlAll casting pores and sand holes are repaired and polished. Smooth inner flow channel avoids concentrated local abrasion during operation.
